Intelligent Systems R&D Developer
Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative R&D Developer to architect, develop, and deploy intelligent applications, automation pipelines, and LLM-powered workflows. In this role, you will bridge cutting-edge artificial intelligence with carrier-grade networks, deploying intelligent systems across Linux server environments and embedded edge devices (OpenWRT) to elevate operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy intelligent applications, automation workflows, and microservices that streamline internal and regional business operations.
Develop and integrate LLM-powered features, RESTful APIs, and data-driven pipelines into scalable production platforms.
Deploy, configure, and maintain services within Linux environments (Ubuntu), managing shell scripting, process handling, and performance tuning.
Integrate intelligent automation and decision logic into edge network devices and gateways using embedded platforms such as OpenWRT.
Architect internal data workflows, handling preprocessing, transformation, and integration of structured and unstructured datasets.

Job Requirements:

Network Engineer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to maintain the stability, performance, and security of enterprise network infrastructures. In this role, you will configure routers, switches, and next-generation firewalls, manage secure VPN connections, and resolve mission-critical network incidents to deliver reliable, zero-downtime connectivity for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, deploy, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points from vendors such as FortiGate, Cisco, and MikroTik.
Monitor LAN, WAN, internet, SD-WAN, and site-to-site IPsec/SSL VPN tunnels to maintain optimal uptime and performance.
Configure and administer VLANs, dynamic/static routing, NAT policies, DNS, DHCP, and security firewall rules.
Troubleshoot complex network outages, latency spikes, and packet loss, executing deep packet captures via Wireshark to deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
Execute network migrations, new site deployments, preventive maintenance, and device firmware upgrades.
Coordinate directly with upstream telecom providers, ISPs, hardware vendors, and enterprise clients during technical incidents.
Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address management records, configuration backups, and operational documentation.
Provide dedicated remote and on-site technical support, participating in scheduled standby rotation when required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of practical experience in network operations, technical support, or an MSP/NOC environment.
Solid foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and VPN architectures.
Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and network devices (FortiGate, Cisco, MikroTik, Sophos, or Sangfor).
Ability to perform packet-level analysis using Wireshark or firewall diagnostic tools.
